At Acrylic Warehouse customer service is our number one concern.
All logos must be supplied using the following artwork requirements.
There is a 1-time Logo set up charge of $35.00.
Once we have your logo on file future orders will not incure the $35.00 logo fee
unless you change your company logo.

- File type JPG, TIFF or EPS (PC only)
- NO Web graphics
Your total order price will not include your logo set up charge. You will have a separate charge when your logo is received and is evaluated to ensure it meets our logo requirements.
If artwork fails to meet the requirements outlined above, we will look at your artwork and evaluate how much work it will take to turn it into a usable graphic. If minor changes are required we will convert it for you at an additional charge of $75.00 per hour. However, if it is determined that the artwork requires substantial work, artwork charges will be applied. We will contact you quote on the cost to rework your artwork.
A paper proof will be provided for your approval after receiving your lasering and or logo information. There is no charge for two faxed proofs. Each additional proof is $20.00. Please check for spelling, wording, punctuation and arrangement. After you have approved a faxed layout, any production errors will be quickly and willingly corrected but any corrections will be at your expense.
Product pricing includes four sentence lines of lasering free of charge. After ordering please email or fax us what you would like on your awards immediately in order to prevent any delays in processing your order.
All awards will have the exact information you provide to us so please proof all names and information prior to sending us the information. Please keep in mind that we cannot start processing your order until we receive the information for lasering.
All orders require your name, shipping address; daytime and evening phone number, fax number, quantity, and item numbers and date your order is needed.
